The appellant, Mrs. Ada Norfleet Riley, on behalf of herself, and as guardian and next friend of her two minor children, James L. Riley, Jr., and Octavia Riley, filed a bill of complaint in the chancery court of Tunica county, against her brother, J. P. Norfleet, seeking to enforce specific performance of a conditional contract for- the sale of her interest, and that of her two minor children, if any they had, in six separate tracts of Mississippi Delta lands therein particularly described.
