FINAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT

THIS CAUSE came before the Court on December 4, 1990, pursuant to notice, on the Plaintiff Property Appraiser’s Renewed Motion *158for Final Summary Judgment against the Defendant-taxpayers. The Court reviewed the filed pleadings, affidavits, and documents and considered the renewed motion in light of the applicable authorities. Thereupon, it is:

ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:

1. The Property Appraiser’s Renewed Motion for Final Summary Judgment against the taxpayers is granted.
