A policy of insurance against loss or damage to the plaintiff’s motor vehicle was issued to the plaintiff by the defendant. The vehicle was damaged in a collision. The motor vehicle was sold to the plaintiff by the R W. Powers Company under a contract of conditional sale,, title to remain in the Powers company until the purchase price was fully paid.
