The defendant, Kevin E. Jackmon, appeals from *48his convictions for murder in the second degree; two counts of assault by means of a dangerous weapon1; unlawful possession of a firearm; two counts of kidnapping; armed robbery while masked; use of a firearm while committing a felony; and fourteen counts of stealing by confining or putting in fear.
