The plaintiffs, Joy Louise Joslyn, Jolyon David Joslyn, Mary Alice Joslyn and Theodore Newell Joslyn, are minors, who appear in this suit by Lewis D. Clarke as their next friend. They are the children of the defendants George R. Joslyn and Charlotte C. Joslyn. The property involved herein is located at 616 Center avenue, in the village of Lake Bluff, in Lake county, Illinois. The premises consist of a corner lot which is improved with a fourteen-room two-story frame residence and a separate two-story frame garage building, and a contiguous vacant lot on Scranton street.
