This is a second transfer in the same case which is reported in 113 N.H. 568, 311 A.2d 130 (1973). The issue now here is whether the evidence supports the finding of the trial court that plaintiffs have acquired title to the disputed two-rod strip by adverse possession. We hold that it does.

In the previous transfer, we held that the record title to the two-rod strip was in the defendant but remanded the case for a determination of the plaintiffs’ claim based on adverse possession.
