PATEL, District Judge.

Plaintiffs, owner and lessors of commercial rental property, bring this action against the City of Berkeley (“the City”) and their current lessees (“the lessees”) on the basis, inter alia, of the alleged unconstitutionality of the City’s Telegraph Avenue Area Commercial Rent Mediation and Arbitration Ordinance and its preceding temporary enactments.
