This was a bill to remove a cloud from the complainant’s title to one hundred and sixty acres of land in Ingham county. The title, and the facts affecting it, as shown by the evidence, were as follows: Cornelius (Jadwell, being then a minor, purchased the land at the United States Land Office, December 23, 1848, and on the 5th day of October, 1850, while still a minor (and only twenty years old in July of that year), sold and conveyed the land to George A.
