This appeal involves an action brought by Plaintiffs in Error to recover their proportionate share of the proceeds of a judgment rendered in an action for the wrongful death of their mother, Annie A. Coleman, Deceased, which was brought in the name of Otho Preilar Coleman, as administrator of the Estate of Annie A. Coleman, Deceased, and Otho Preilar Coleman, individually in his own right against Robert Allen Sewell.
