The court below rendered a judgment against the-defendant, United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company, in the amount of $1,323 together' with interest of 10% per annum from and after June 19, 1964, for liability on a Notary Public bond as provided by T.C.A. Section 8-1924. The relators, Mr. Robert' H. Marquis and wife, Ruth B.
