This cause came on regularly for trial and final hearing, pursuant to order of court, upon the issues raised and the matters presented by the plaintiffs’ complaint, the interrogatories propounded and depositions taken by plaintiffs, the motion to dismiss, answer, and motion for summary decree of the defendant, Dade County, and the petition for intervention (answer) filed by the City of Miami.
