¶1 This appeal follows a defense verdict in a suit for excessive use of force by a police officer. The *588plaintiff was shocked with a stun gun by a Spokane County sheriff’s deputy following a run-in with the deputy that followed a traffic stop. The plaintiff was a passenger in the car.
