— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Pitaro, J.), rendered November 8, 1989, convicting him of attempted rape in the first degree, burglary in the third degree, sexual abuse in the first degree, assault in the second degree, assault in the third degree, and unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

We find the defendant’s contention that the People failed to prove his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt because of inconsistencies in the testimony of some of the prosecution…
