Defendant Charles Brown, a local Ohio firearms retailer, "did not maintain a website [in New York], had no retail store or business telephone listing [in New York], and did no advertising of any kind" in New York (majority op. at 527, 106 N.Y.S.3d at 237, 130 N.E.3d at 838 [DiFiore, Ch. J.] ).
