United States Bankruptcy Court, D. Delaware
1Opinion of the Court
OPINION 1
MARY F. WALRATH, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the Court are the Motions of Abe Briarwood Corporation (“Briarwood”) to Compel the Debtors to Comply with the Stock Purchase Agreement and to Permit it to Release Certain Funds Held by it in Escrow. The IHS Liquidating LLC (the “LLC”) opposes both Motions and has asserted counterclaims against Briarwood. After considering the evidence presented at trial and the briefs of the parties, the Court will deny Briarwood’s Motions and the majority of the LLC’s counterclaims. The Court will schedule a status hearing on the LLC’s remaining counterclaim.
