MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

The plaintiffs have objected to the Report and Recommendation of U.S. Magistrate Phyllis Halsey Atkins, wherein she has recommended that the motion for summary judgment by defendants Jack Christensen and the County of Storey be granted. On the other hand, said defendants have moved to strike, pursuant to Fed.R.
