This is an election contest, in which appellant, Linger, contests the right of appellee, Balfour, to hold the offices of county and district clerk of Oldham county, as a result of the general election held November S, 1910. A trial resulted in a judgment, rendered August IS, 1911, in favor of contestee, and contestant duly appeals from said judgment and here seeks to have the same reversed and rendered in his favor.
