Plaintiff, the Ball Engine 'Company, a Pennsylvania corporation, in December, 1905, furnished repairs for an engine to the defendant, the Bennett Company, a Delaware corporation, doing business in Omaha, Nebraska. On December 3, 1908, the engine was broken, and defendant again purchased repairs from the plaintiff, amounting to $606.50. The bill fell due on February 15, 1909, and, on defendant’s failure to pay, plaintiff brought suit January 29, 1910.
