This protest involves boxed sets of wooden toys. A sample of each set is in evidence (plaintiff’s exhibits 1 to 6, inclusive). The cover of the box holding the set identifies its contents, not only by naming the articles, but also through a pictorial illustration depicting the use of the merchandise.
