PONDER, Justice.

This is a suit by plaintiff for injuries to his minor son against Herman Fleming, conducting a stevedore business under the trade-name of Shipside Warehouse Company, David Joseph Co., Inc., and the United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company for compensation for a period not to exceed 400 weeks for total permanent disability, at the weekly rate of $20 and $250 for medical services. The case was tried in the district court and judgment was rendered therein rejecting plaintiff’s demands, which judgment was affirmed by the Court of Appeal for the First Circuit. The plaintiff…
