GARTH, Circuit Judge.
In this appeal we are asked by the Kane Gas Light and Heating Company (“the Company”) to vacate an arbitrator’s award which, after imposing relatively minimal sanctions, reinstated an employee whom the Company had discharged. Were we to sit as the initial factfinders in determination of whether Alan Pritchard, the employee, should be discharged, we would be hard pressed to justify his re-employment.
