The matter came on regularly for hearing on February 4, 1986, on defendants’ Motion to Dismiss or for Summary Judgment and Motions to Compel Arbitration and Stay Judicial Proceedings. Plaintiffs were represented by Ronald C. Barker and defendants were represented by Michael R. Murphy and Virginia S. Smith.
