Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Harrington, J.), rendered May 21, 1982, convicting him of conspiracy in the fourth degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing a sentence of six months’ imprisonment and a fine in the sum of $100,000. Judgment modified, on the law and the facts, by reducing the fine imposed to $70,000. As so modified, judgment affirmed and the case is remitted to the County Court for further proceedings pursuant to CPL 460.50 (subd 5).
