Plaintiff, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”), as Receiver for San Marino Savings and Loan Association (“San Marino”), seeks summary judgment against Quality Hotels and Resorts, Inc. (“Quality") on all counts of Quality’s Amended Counterclaim. In addition, FDIC requests entry of final judgment Counterclaim.
