OPINION

CANNON, Justice.

Pursuant to Tex.R.App.P. 101, the opinion of December 11, 1986 is withdrawn and we substitute this modified opinion.

This is an appeal from a jury conviction of burglary of a building enhanced by one prior conviction. The court below assessed punishment at twenty-five years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. In two points of error, appellant maintains that the court below erred (1) in denying appellant’s motion to quash the jury panel and (2) in not submitting the issue of voluntariness of the confession to the jury.
