MEMORANDUM OF DECISION REGARDING ASSUMPTION OF UNEXPIRED LEASES OF NONRESIDENTIAL REAL PROPERTY

This matter is before the Court upon the “Motion for Authority to Assume Certain Lease Agreements with Golden Triangle Dairy Queens on Non-Residential Real Property” (the “Motion”) filed by PRK Enterprises, Inc. (“PRK” or “Debtor”), the Debtor-in-Possession in the above-referenced Chapter 11 case.
