Missouri Gas Energy (MGE) appeals from a circuit court judgment affirming the Public Service Commission’s decision that MGE violated a provision of its tariff by improperly refusing to provide service to an applicant. MGE contends that the decision is not supported by sufficient evi dence, is against the weight of the evidence, and is not reasonable. The appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
