This is an action brought to recover the balance alleged to be due of the proceeds of an industrial life insurance policy issued upon the life of plaintiff’s intestate February 27, 1929, amounting to $480. The death of the insured occurred on the 6th day of May, 1929. Plaintiff is decedent’s widow. She was appointed administratrix on the 13th day of July, 1929, by letters duly issued out of the Surrogate’s Court of Kings county.
