Appeal is from a judgment in favor of ap-pellee against appellant for $4,591.40, for damages for personal injuries suffered by ap-pellee and resulting from a fall upon the sidewalk constructed by the city of Austin in front of a downtown fire station located adjacent to the city hall. Appellee at the time of her injury was on her way to the city hall to pay her water and light bills. The trial was to the court without a jury. No findings of fact nor conclusions of law were requested.
