A.J.M. appeals from a final order denying his petition to compel the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (“Department”) to issue a certificate of eligibility for the sealing of a criminal history record. We affirm.

J. Facts and Procedural History

In August 2006, A.J.M. was pulled over for speeding. After conducting the stop, a police officer arrested A.J.M. for driving under the influence of alcohol (“DUI”), and during a search incident to arrest, the police officer discovered cocaine in A.
