Plaintiff instituted suit in Macomb county circuit court praying for an accounting and reformation of an agreement (exhibit 4) executed April 14, 1960.

The following facts are pertinent to determination of this case: One Andrew A. Cisaruk was the vendee on a land contract involving approximately 26 acres of land in Shelby township, Macomb county. On November 30, 1957, Cisaruk, as seller, entered into an agreement (exhibit 1) with defendant Manuel M.
