Frequently, though it may be exercised, the contours of the trustee’s muscle under the “strong-arm” clause of the Bankruptcy Act, § 70c, 11 U.S.C. § 110(c), have consistently failed to take on any sharp definition. The provisions of the complex Bankruptcy Act were no doubt the result of great industry, but to the reader their meaning is frequently concealed.
