MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter comes to be heard on the application of New Connecticut Bank & Trust, N.A. (“CBT”) by its attorneys Winston & Strawn (“W & S”) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 503(b)(4) for fees in the amount of $37,702.00 and reimbursement of expenses in the sum of $500.00, for the period January 31, 1989 through March 13, 1989, in connection with the filing of the involuntary Chapter 11 case against the Debtor and the appointment of a trustee.
