ORDER RE COMPLAINT CHALLENGING DISCHARGEABILITY

This matter came on for trial on October 26, 2004 pursuant to assignment. Plaintiff Brian Smith was represented by attorney Kevin Ahrenholz. Debtors Duwayne and Linda Wheeler appeared pro se.
