Relators, the Texas General Land Office (Land Office), Garry Mauro (Mauro), Commissioner of the Land Office, and Jack Giber-son (Giberson), Chief Clerk of the Land Office, in their individual and official capacities, bring this original action seeking a writ of mandamus concerning a discovery order signed by respondent, the Honorable M. Kent Sims, presiding judge of the 31st District Court, Roberts County.
