This petition for certiorari was brought by the petitioners to review the decision of the respondent board denying their appeal from a decision of the building inspector. The pertinent records have been certified to this court pursuant to the writ.
The petitioners and Albert Boutelle own adjoining parcels of land in an S R Zone on the southerly side of Harrison street in the town of Bristol. On July 24, 1961 the building inspector issued a building permit to Mr. Boutelle to erect an addition to' existing buildings on his land.
