The petitioner instituted a proceeding to discover property allegedly withheld by respondent Dreyfus & Company and others. Without filing answer, the respondents appeared for examination. Thereafter, by amended petition, the ancillary administrator sought an order to compel Dreyfus & Company to deliver certain assets to him. That petition was dismissed, with leave to file a new petition (3 Misc 2d 474).
