In this appeal from an order of the bankruptcy court, the appellants are unsecured creditors who objected to the trustee's request for approval of their distribution. The bankruptcy case was initially closed in 1931 but was later reopened, and the bankruptcy estate subsequently obtained substantial funds in the settlement of an ownership dispute over natural gas rights.
