Appeals from two orders of the Family Court of Broome County (Fines, J.), entered December 15, 2009, which granted petitioner’s applications, in two proceedings pursuant to Family Ct Act article 10-A, to terminate the placement of the subject children.

Respondent Christal EE (hereinafter respondent) is the biological mother of four children—two of whom, Haley (born in 2005) and Brianna (born in 2006), are the subjects of these proceedings.
