This action was begun in the probate court of Kingfisher county, on the 17tb day of May, 1893, to enforce contribution from alleged joint obli-gors upon a contract made by the board of trade, a corporation of the city of Kingfisher, with one C. B. Addison, by which said corporation bound itself to pay seven hundred dollars to Addison, upon the erection and maintenance by him of a flouring mill in the city of Kingfisher.
