Appeal from special term, Saratoga county. Three actions by the New York Security & Trust Company against the Saratoga Gas & Electric Light Company and others, and two actions by William Y. Reynolds, as receiver, against the New York Security & Trust Company and others. From certain orders and judgments the Saratoga Gas & Electric Light Company, the First National Bank of Saratoga Springs, William Y. Reynolds, receiver, and others appeal.

The above-entitled appeals all arise out of an action commenced by the New York Security ■& Trust Company, to foreclose a mortgage executed by the Saratoga Gas & Electric Light Company. Appeals 1 and 2 are appeals from judgments, and numbers 3, 4, and 5 are appeals from orders made in the course of such proceedings. The facts in each appeal shed some light upon the others, and to save unnecessary repetition, it seems to me best to consider all the appeals in a single discussion.
