Saxe, J.), entered January 6, 1995, which granted plaintiffs motion for arrears in the total amount of $171,617.38, unanimously modified, on the law and on the facts, to reduce the award for arrears in tax payments from $113,298.56 to $28,482.85, for a total award of $86,801.67, and the order is otherwise affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
