This was an action on the case in which the plaintiff sought to recover for injuries alleged to have been sustained through the negligence of the defendants. The cause was tried by jury at the June Term, 1901, of the Caledonia County Court. A verdict was returned for the plaintiff and judgment was rendered thereon. The defendants excepted.
