Before the Court is the Motion for Hardship Discharge (¡‘Motion”) filed on behalf of Willie Shorter, a deceased Chapter 13 Debtor (the “Debtor”). TruService Community Federal Credit Union (“Credit Union”), a creditor in the case, objected to the Motion and seeks dismissal of the bankruptcy case. After a hearing on the merits of the Motion on May 28, 2015, the Court took the matter under advisement.
