CANCIO, Chief Judge.

This cause came to be tried before this court, sitting without a Jury, the trial starting on July 31, 1967, and ending on *350August 14, 1967. Sidney S. Allen, Esq. of the New York Bar, admitted by courtesy for the purposes of this ease, represented plaintiff; Iván Díaz de Aldrey, Esq., a member of the Bar of this Court, represented defendant The Continental Marble Co., Inc.; and Alvaro R. Calderón, Jr., Esq., also a member of the Bar of this Court, represented defendant Great American Insurance Co.
