EXPRESS SUPPLY & STEEL, LLC CIVIL ACTION VERSUS NO. 23-154 COX OPERATING, LLC, ET AL. SECTION “R” (4) ORDER AND REASONS Before the Court is plaintiff’s ex parte motion for a writ of sequestration.1 For the following reasons, the Court GRANTS plaintiff’s motion. I.
