This is a statutory petition for certiorari brought by the Director of the Department of Employment Security (the director) and the Board of Review of the Department of Employment Security (the board), seeking review of a decision of the Superior Court which reversed the board’s denial of unemployment benefits for the claimant, George Dumont. Throughout the course of this decision, we will refer to the claimant by his first name.
