This is an original application in this court for prohibition against the district court of the Second judicial district sitting within and for Sandoval county, and Milton J. Helmick, as judge thereof. Petitioner is a New Mexico corporation heretofore operating a short line of railway between the towns of San Xsidro and Tilden in Sandoval county.
