*453 City Chevrolet Automotive Company ("Defendant") 1 appeals from judgment entered on 4 January 2016 following a jury verdict finding Defendant liable to Benjamin Ridley ("Plaintiff") for fraud and negligence and awarding damages in the amount of *810 $200,000.00. The judgment of the trial court remitted the jury's verdict to $110,270.66, found Defendant had violated the Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act, trebled the damages to $330,811.98, and awarded attorneys' fees and costs to Plaintiff.
