Appellee Green brought this action of replevin in the Circuit Court of Perry County against appellants Mixon and England, officers and agents of the Hattiesburg Production Credit Association, to recover six tons of tung oil nuts. The trial was had by agreement before the circuit judge acting as judge and jury, resulting in a judgment in favor of appellee. Erom that judgment, appellants prosecute this appeal.
